She helped me find a program to restart my life and give my family a new home. She was very knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and would return all calls or emails quickly. I was never left wondering. My home purchase went from bad to amazing. I was informed every step of the way. The closing was smooth. I felt in control. Wonderful customer service in every way. I would highly recommend Shirley to anyone without hesitation.
