Nhi helped us secure the best loan possible for our recent home purchase in New Mexico. She came highly recommended from a broker we met during a February visit to Albuquerque. We began exploring financing options with her during the spring and summer, based upon our specific circumstances with debt-to-income and our desire to move to the area.

We put in an offer in early November. By that time, we were already working closely with Nhi and Brenda Haskew to ensure that we met all deadlines, commitments, and responsibilities with PRMI and other parties for closing. Along the way, Nhi and Brenda stayed in touch, letting us know the status of the loan, clarifying our responsibilities when we had questions, and confirming that the documents we loaded on the secure portal were received and met PRMI's requirements.
Nhi's professional handling of our mortgage application is greatly appreciated. Along with our broker and home insurer, she was an integral part of the team that made our closing on December 13 a great success.
We've returned to Florida to begin packing, and look forward to making New Mexico our home. Nhi and her colleagues at PRMI made it possible for us to make a well-deserved and long-awaited transition in our lives.
