We had a less than conventional situation on our application to purchasing our home. TJ was so quick to get creative rather than write us off as unable to be approved. Less than a month later we were closed on the home we love, and we can't speak highly enough about TJ and Nicole.

Jimmy and his team were very generous, helpful and communicative throughout the entire loan process. With a fast two week close, it came down to the wire, but we were kept up-to-date and reassured throughout the entire process. In the end - a successful close only 16 days after signing! Valentina did a great job with the entire loan process. She did a nice job explaining the process and was available when we needed her. She was on top of everything and helped us close within 10 days! We will definitely be recommending her!
