William was resourceful and responsive. He advocated for us to ensure that we knew our options to make the best decisions on our loan agreement. She was always very communicative and clear with the expectations of the process. I always knew what to expect. She answered all of my questions quickly and completely and did assitional research to help me out with my unusual specific circumstances. When we had to delay the settlement, she kept her cool as I totally lost mine, and her calm and reassuring manner helped me to see the best solution . Thank you so much Grace Anne!

Kristina made sure to answer all of our questions and to explain anything we didn't understand throughout the year and a half it took us to find our home and close!
