Myranda and Justin are amazing! Weekly phone calls, emails and/or text messages with updates were great! I can be a bear to get a hold of, but that never stopped them from doing their best to keep me up-to-date on my loan. The Billy Campbell team is unmatched. They all made the entire loan and closing process seamless. Thank you for helping me close on my dream home!

From the beginning the personnel assured me that they understood what I wanted with the refinancing. At closing at the title company's office I find out that this was not the case and that I am expected to incur additional costs for a mistake that was not mine. They forgot to include my spouse's name. Three days prior to closing we discussed the final paper work along with the loan amount and other numbers. I asked clear and precise questions about the numbers listed on the documents and I am told and reassured that they are correct and that I will receive a refund for the last payment made on the mortgage. This was not the case, I call the office to find out what happened. Because it is past the closing date they don't longer wish to speak with me and give me a corporate number to call corporate office to resolve the issue. Corporate office is not sure they understand and are unableto explain the numbers (numbers from their office). They want me to send an email with all the numbers including their numbers. Needless to say the process has been frustrating and a nightmare. Regretting refinancing with Primary Residential Mortgage.
