Team was very communicative and flexible when it came to an issue I had on my end with securing the down payment. We did have an error on the documents at signing, but the team got it taken care of ASAP and I was able to close in just over an hour total. Thanks for your help folks!

My husband and I recently bought our first home and Billy was our mortgage lender. We were so impressed with Billy and his knowledge of everything relating to home buying. We had a meeting with him and he thoroughly explained everything and answered all of our questions. He let us record the meeting so we could listen to it later as well. We went in to the meeting feeling very unsure about the whole house buying process but we left much more confident and felt like we had learned a lot. Billy was excellent in knowing everything about the process, we especially appreciated his honesty and transparency as a lender. He definitely cares about making right and well informed decisions. Trash. Just hope they sell your loan fast. Their Mortage center in salt lake is a joke. They do not complete escrow analysis or any other mandated rules in a timely manner. I currently have a complaint pending over my escrow account.
