Let me start off by saying I thought this mortgage company was going to be super helpful and I was looking forward to working with them on my purchase. They were the complete opposite. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had. The communication was non existent- I was told I would get a check in weekly, that never happened. Documents were always requested last minute. I didn't even get my final closing numbers until the DAY OF my closing. After being an hour late from getting my cashiers check, the title company had ZERO loan documents for me to sign (even after being told I had the clear to close the prior week). I was then scrambling around, trying to find one document that was still needed but somehow was never mentioned the prior week. I was finally able to close 6 hours later. Needless to say, the service here was completely lacking and I hope no one else EVER has to go through this.

We have used PRM and Billy's Team twice with the same results. The team is wonderful to work with, very personable and knowledgeable. They kept us informed all along the way. The second time took longer to close due to how busy the refinance market is right now, but that isn't any fault of PRM. I believe that we had some challenging mortgages, but they understood the obstacles and get'er done! Very happy with Billy and the Team; Andy is absolutely wonderful! I have recommended them to several folks, and will use them again in the future if the need arises!

By far the best experience we have had with a Lender! Billy was upfront and honest with us from the beginning. It was clear that he had one goal... to make sure we got the best possible rate while making sure we understood the in's and out's. From there Billy's team lead us all the way to the closing of our new home. Jackie and Wendy were there with us every step of the way. I wish all businesses held the level of transparency, service, and standards as the PRMI Team. Thank you all!

Don't go with a Big Bank, online lender, or your friends friend! Go with Billy's team at Primary Residential Mortgage! Get the best rate, at the lowest cost, and get the personal service you deserve! I did, and as complicated as my situation was, Billy's team took care of everything! I built a semi custom home, sold the house I was living in, timed with my buyers sale of his home, and closed on the same day!!! I give Primary my highest recommendation!
