Our first lender completely screwed is over just THREE days before we were supposed to close. Billy and his team swooped in and managed to get us closed in two weeks!!! They were so thorough with each step and explained it all. We were told so many lies by our first lender- Billy and Ashley corrected them and explained how everything works. We’re first time home buyers and they took time to answer any and all questions we had. Words cannot explain how much we appreciate your team! If you’re needing a lender (that is amazing with VA loans too) Billy is your guy!

My partner and I had a horrible experience with a lender previously and almost lost out on our home just a few days before closing! This team of amazing people took us in, guided us through each step and got us in our home within a couple weeks! Extremely grateful for this kind, quick and attentive team!

From the beginning the personnel assured me that they understood what I wanted with the refinancing. At closing at the title company's office I find out that this was not the case and that I am expected to incur additional costs for a mistake that was not mine. They forgot to include my spouse's name. Three days prior to closing we discussed the final paper work along with the loan amount and other numbers. I asked clear and precise questions about the numbers listed on the documents and I am told and reassured that they are correct and that I will receive a refund for the last payment made on the mortgage. This was not the case, I call the office to find out what happened. Because it is past the closing date they don't longer wish to speak with me and give me a corporate number to call corporate office to resolve the issue. Corporate office is not sure they understand and are unableto explain the numbers (numbers from their office). They want me to send an email with all the numbers including their numbers. Needless to say the process has been frustrating and a nightmare. Regretting refinancing with Primary Residential Mortgage.

Let me start off by saying I thought this mortgage company was going to be super helpful and I was looking forward to working with them on my purchase. They were the complete opposite. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had. The communication was non existent- I was told I would get a check in weekly, that never happened. Documents were always requested last minute. I didn't even get my final closing numbers until the DAY OF my closing. After being an hour late from getting my cashiers check, the title company had ZERO loan documents for me to sign (even after being told I had the clear to close the prior week). I was then scrambling around, trying to find one document that was still needed but somehow was never mentioned the prior week. I was finally able to close 6 hours later. Needless to say, the service here was completely lacking and I hope no one else EVER has to go through this.
