The team at Primary Residential Mortgage is awesome. Their use of technology made the process of refinancing simple and straightforward. More important to me is that his team PROACTIVELY communicates and checks in with you throughout refi the process!

Myranda and Justin are amazing! Weekly phone calls, emails and/or text messages with updates were great! I can be a bear to get a hold of, but that never stopped them from doing their best to keep me up-to-date on my loan.
