Lou was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was ALWAYS available... as a first time home buyer I had a ton of questions, all of which Lou answered completely and in a timely manner. He facilitated an easy process for me. He is the only mortgage guy I'll be recommending.

Lou was willing to answer any and all questions. When he did not know the answer, he got one for me. Lou was available at all hours of the day to help.
