I would have liked to send over information one time only but in all Fairness I had a problem with transferring the information to them and was always working to get more information, I haven't worked this hard in a long time, they gave me a list to send, then they needed more, I think they needed more better communication. I'm happy in the end it all worked out.

Lou was great, start to finish. He is extremely responsive, detailed, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I like to be very informed and I ask a lot of questions, and he was great with answering any questions I had so that I had an understanding of what was needed from me and what the next step in the process was. He worked up two different loan options for me to review so that I could decide which was best for me. I really appreciated that he emailed when appropriate, and called when appropriate. Some items were quick or easier to list out in email and then with other items it made sense to have a quick call and I really appreciated that he contacted me w/ whichever was appropriate for what was being discussed. I highly recommend!

Lou is a very knowledgable and easy going individual. He was easy to get ahold of and made the process of buying my first home go very smoothly. Highly recommend!
