I first worked with Ida on a potential home purchase years ago. She spent a lot of time working with me on that, but it did not work out (on my end). Ida kept in touch and was the first person I went to when I was ready to enter the home buying market 3 years later. We just closed, which was my 4th home purchase. Ida is hands down the best I've encountered. Reliable, trustworthy, understanding, hard working, professional. Didn't feel like I needed to worry if things were getting down correctly or possibly overlooked. Ida had it all under control and delivered (no last minute add-on fees, etc.)
