From literally start to finish I felt taken care of. I felt well informed of the entire process. Not once were questions not answered in a prompt manner. When I felt confused or stressed about any of the process, the situation was quickly diffused.

Attention to details and PRECISE directions as to how to proceed, fill out paperwork, etc. This was absolutely critical to going through a process with which, since we haven't purchased a house for over nine years, we weren't familiar. Very professional as well as being friendly.
