My wife and I needed to refinance a property and we knew it would be a very difficult process. It turned out to be twice as complicated as we expected due to the fact that the two homes on the one parcel had to be split and approved, we had several major life changes during the loan application, and then we came into previous name legal issues near the end of the process. Jerry H. handled all of the challenges professionally with much guidance and directives for his team. He got us through it.

Where do I start, Gerald was fantastic!! He explained any and every random and juvenile question I had being a first time home buyer and didn't judge me in the process. We even convinced our realtor that PRMI (Gerald) was going to be great, by the end of the process she said he was GREAT to work with. Also, Samantha was awesome too!!!
