Your team and expertise were excellent. You moved us through the process in a very timely manner, but this is not an experience that I would recommend to anyone, have in fact discouraged acquaintances to pursue.
My guess is that purchasing a home has become a convoluted process because of lending laws, but by close I felt like "cat drug through a knot hole backwards". Something has to, and will change. Buyers and sellers will find other ways to purchase and sell their homes.
