When we were first buying our house, Armando told us that if there was ever a chance to refinance at a lower rate, he would notify us as soon as possible. Less than a year later, he notifies us about a great opportunity to refinance at a much lower rate and save a lot of money. He really kept his promise and is a very trustworthy person. He also is extremely easy to contact and answers immediately at any time of the day.
