Everyone was very personable and friendly and paid great attention to detail. Armando and his team always made sure that the i’s were dotted and the t’s were crossed. Armando himself, while I never had the pleasure of actually meeting him, seemed to be a very laid back kind of guy yet extremely competent and always had sound answers to our questions.
