I'm not sure how most home searches go, but I know ours was long, and a roller coaster of emotions. Armando and his team were always ready to answer our questions, provide knowledge, and get us quick results no matter how many properties we threw his way. I would highly recommend James to anyone looking for a home especially a first time home buyer. James went above and beyond helping myself and my family through this process! James would continually stay in communication about the proceedings and anytime there was a "hiccup" he would immediately fix it without allowing me to stress. James clearly loves what he does and it shows. I could not be more pleased with James.

My closing was a total disaster and ended up costing me more then double what we had originally talked about with no warning at all. Not only that but my paperwork was not finished at the time of my closing therefore no one had any clue what my closing costs were until the paperwork was finally finish an hour after my scheduled closing time. Furthermore I was promised a “free appraisal” it only cost me $625 come to find out it was slipped into the paperwork. I was promised a refund.. never came

Armando made it happen.
I applied to my bank, where I do all of my business banking over three months ago and was running out of time.
I contacted Armando, and in less than three weeks, we had a closing.
I am still waiting for my bank to get back to me!!
I would highly recommend Armando. Very professional.
