Poor miscommunication. On the day of closing I felt like I was being yelled at by my father, not treated as an equal adult which was extremely upsetting. Did not acknowledge my feelings and the mistakes that were made on his team.

When my offer was accepted to purchase a home, I was initially dealing with Bank of America. After several weeks of runaround and lack of communication I was forced to request an extension from the seller. I was starting to worry that BoA was not going to meet the new deadline. My realtor told me to reach out to Armando and express my concerns. He informed me what he can do and within a week, he had me approved and a clear to close. I closed earlier than anticipated because of Armando!
