I think Armando is the best lender we worked with. Everything was fine. He was very responsive. The ROI was high for us and that's probably because of our credit score. But otherwise the process was smooth. There were some last minute hiccups that we were worried about, but Armando was able to help us out with all of them. In the beginning, while starting our loan application, he told me "Don't worry about anything" and he was as good as his word. Glad we trusted him to help us out. I'd recommend him for sure.

So, everyone from this office, both over the phone and through email was helpful, kind, patient and nice to work with. The one thing I wish I had known on the closing day was when exactly we should have wired the money? We waited until we were at the lawyer's office, and it all worked out, but it would have been nice to know earlier.
