I cannot say enough about Jim. He has been available to me 7 days a week for the last 4 years. Anytime I called, even in the evening, he would answer and be happy to run numbers for me on houses we were interested in. He never made me feel like I was a pain--he was always so kind and happy to help. He has gone above and beyond for us, and I really can't thank him enough. I really think he is the BEST.
