Working with Mrs. Anderson was very positive and felt it was more than just a business transaction for her. She made it feel personal, inviting and comfortable. All questions were answered to satisfaction. She worked around my grueling work schedule. She included my fiancé on every detail. She communicated verbally via phone and through emails. She listened and worked very hard for us. She kept us on track, stayed true to her words. If she was not available she gave us the contact information for her proxy who was just as great.
She made the necessary decisions that made sure we were at our goals and requirements. Professional and genuine at all times.
All this during the holiday season and making sure we got exactly what we wanted without making us feel pressured.
The only thing regrettable is not being able to meet her in person.
It was a genuine pleasure, truly a remarkable women!
