Buying a home is stressful. Richard and his team did a great job making the whole process much easier for us. I would highly Recommend him to anyone looking for a mortgage broker.

If it were possible to give more than 5 stars we would do it! Rich was perfect in every way throughout out home buying experience. He answered every question immediately. If we called, he answered or called right back with an apology that we had to wait a couple of minutes because he couldn't pick up right away, that type of service is unheard of! We highly recommend Rich and his team.

Selling my house, the buyer was using PRMI. Three days before the closing we were notified that the buyers could not secure financing. We were informed that they weren't able to find a cosigner for their mortgage. We were also told they should not have been pre-approved for the amount our house was listed for. Nothing could be done about it. Instead of moving, I'm sorting through boxes trying to find the things I need until my house sells again (three days before closing, everything has been packed). Somebody there didn't do their job. I'm not upset with the buyer. It isn't the buyer's fault. They were looking in the price range they were approved for by one of PRMI's loan officers.
