Jennifer explained the documents I needed to provide and why the company needed them, and provided reminders about providing the documents. Also, all the documents I needed to sign were explained to me in a concise manner (whereas past lenders would often say read it or sign it). Jennifer also helped me address some mistakes in my credit report and worked to get me the best interest rate possible. And we closed on time the first time.
