Chip and the other folks at Myers Park Mortgage were absolutely fabulous and made things really easy from a financing perspective. Specifically:- The application process went smoothly. It was long, but they all are when you're borrowing a good chunk of money. The fact that we could do most of signatures online made it much easier.- My wife and I had a short time frame (<1 month) to get the loan done. Chip and his team got the appraisal done quickly and finished the mortgage underwriting done with weeks to spare.- The home buying process has changed a bit since the financial crisis, and Chip was there to explain the differences to me and walk me through the additional requirements- After we thought we were done, the sellers couldn't get repairs done quickly and we had to change the contract to get other concessions at the last minute. Chip and his team were right there through all the changes we had to make to the contract to overcome the seller's issues.So again, great job guys! Thanks for all your help!
