Chip,I wanted to thank you for your professionalism over the past several months. You put together a plan and made us stick to it. Because of that our future and quality of life in general has and will continue to improve. I know dealing with is has been a lot to handle because of the constant phone calls and all of our impatient decisions. You would answer our calls about minor and major issues/questions alike. We have no contract with you or have never paid you a cent. For that reason alone we feel that we should move forward with using your company. If you say we are in good hands with your boss than that's good enough for me. Your company is lucky to have such a dedicated employee. It's funny even though it's on your business card and on your email signature, people always ask me who I'm using and I always say call the chipster. Thanks again!!!!

Mr Steater, was always very courteous, and kind, prompt, informative and alway willing answer questions I may have had. Funny as well, he could alway make you laugh through the house buying process, which is not fun. He is top notch man.

Let me start by saying that I can not say enough about how great Chip and the entire Envoy mortgage team were to deal with. We just built a new home through a national home builder and they asked that we first use their lender. We weren't able to get the terms we wanted and we were referred to Chip, it was the best thing that could have happened to us. When I first spoke to Chip on the phone I didn't feel like he was just entering info into a computer and waiting to see what it spit out, he was going to work and find a way to get us the mortgage we wanted. Not only did we get the terms we were looking for, but we were amazed at their professionalism. Every call was returned promptly, every email was responded to, and we always knew where we were in the process. I would highly recommend Chip and Envoy Mortgage to anyone.
