Nothing but professional and knowledgable experience. Chip work with me through a credit plan up until the point where my credit score was above 640 to obtain approval for the mortgage. Chip stayed in contact with me on a weekly bases and also performed a rapid rescore with accurate documentation.

We could not recommend a better loan officer than Chip and his crew at Envoy Mortgage. My husband and I were trying to refi with our current mortgage holder (a big name bank) and had nothing but delays. After 6 months of frustration, I had read a review about Envoy and decided to look local. The process was smooth with Chip. He constantly kept us updated and told us what we could expect.. The best part was we closed in 30 days! We have gone down 2% points on our mortgage and are thrilled with the service. He was put to the test with me. Self Employed - Investment Property - No Equity - AND HE GOT THE JOB DONE !!! Payment relief after 5 years of having a negative cash flow - He's the ONLY one who actually did what he said and we closed ! Awesome Job ! I would recommend him to homeowners, home buyers and INVESTORS - he Really CAN get the job done !
