Chip is helpful and is on top of his work everyday. He lockedmy interest rate in at a lower rate as soon as it dropped. He kept on topof my loan all the way through the process. I would recommend him as oneof the best in my area

Before finding Chip- my husband and I unsuccessfully tried two other options. We were working with a decent credit score--however the number of credit lines were limited. Chip assisted us with understanding how to improve our credit worthiness. He was very responsive via phone or email. He was right the most important thing you remember is if close on time....and we did!

We dealt with Chip on the purchase of our first home. Being that we were first time home buyers and had never been through the mortgage process we had no idea what to expect, especially in this economic climate. Chip was nothing short of professional and helpful and was thoroughly knowledgable on any question or concern we had. He called us back promptly, even after regular business hours, and also called just to check in and see if everything was OK and if we had any questions. You can tell he truly loves what he does and without hesitation will refer him to others if/when the situation comes up. If we are in need down the road of another mortgage loan we will 100% be going right back to Chip to help us with our needs. Even with a few bumps along the way (our issues not his), the scary process of home-buying was turned into a pleasure.

Chip was awesome to work with. He treated us like we were family. I trusted everything he told us to do. We were working with some credit issues and Chip instructed us the whole way. The best part is I can still call him if I need anything. I would recommend him to everyone.

Chip Streater is wonderful understanding and really work hard to get your loan approved. I really loved Working With Chip he kept me informed through out the Process. He never made me feel like I was asking to many questions. I really did have a lot of questions because this was my first time buying a new Home. He made me laugh when I wanted to cry because of being over loaded with Documents to send. If I had to do it all over again I would call Chip to handle my loan because he is so wonderful and every Homeowner deserves to have someone like Chip Streater. I will share Chip's Name with Family and friends to give him a call when purchasing a home. Thanks again for taking my Family under your wings and making a life rewarding success.
