I work for a national builder, and we own our own mortgage company. In today's climate, lending guidelines are so tough, that there are situations we just cannot finance. Chip, Michael and the entire team at Envoy are the absolute BEST- second to none!! I wish Chip worked for us - in fact I inquired - but no go! He loves his job and it shows! Whenever I have a situation we cannot do for whatever reason - Chip is the first person I call! He's always available, no matter the time - and not just for me, but for anyone I've ever sent his way! He exudes honesty and trustworthiness with everyone he encounters - a true professional!

Very smooth process! First time home buyer and Chip and his team made this process very easy. When ever I had a question they were there to answer. It was amazing to deal with people who actually answered their phone. It was obvious to me that Chip and his team had customer service priority one. A lot of companies talk good customer service but Chip actually walks the walk.

Chip was wonderful to work with. Chip was genuinely interested in the home I was purchasing and getting me through the purchase. I would and have recommended Chip to other friends who are also looking to purchase homes. I will certainly look to Chip should I need mortgage services again in the future.

We were told that no one could get us qualified for a Mortgage because I am self-employed and my file was very complicated. We had the builder's Mortgage Company work on my file for 6 months only to tell us they could not get it through underwriting. Chip Streater and the Pond Team took my file November 20th, 2012 and we made settlement on our home 12/28/12.
They are an amazing team and always communicate so you know where you stand with your financing.

Chip was totally honest with me. He ran an analysis, and showed me that refinancing really was not worth it for me at this time. He gave me some pointers on both my credit and my husband's credit after running an analysis. I will absolutly use him in future home purchases and will recommend him to my friends.
