I would highly recommend PRMI to everyone, Dale and his team are awesome and I have nothing but the best to say about them. This was my first home buying/mortgage experience but I can't imagine getting any better service. Ended up getting the best rate of any I saw or read about and excellent terms. We had a tricky situation with a buyer who was out of country and Dale and his team were extremely patient and accommodating.
