I recently refinanced my home with Primary Residential Mortgage. What seemed like a daunting process actually went very smoothly. From my initial contact with the company all the way through the end, I was met with friendly professionalism. The process took much less time than I anticipated and Lynnell walked me through any and all questions I had. I received quick responses to my questions and thorough explanations. Absolutely the best loan officer and staff we could’ve ever had! This team worked extremely hard to make sure we would close on time, which was in record time. They had constant communication and were very courteous. Our buyers on the other hand went with a different mortgage company that pushed them out four days after promised closing date. We are so grateful we went with Primary Residential Mortgage and the Dale Stanford team! We will never use anyone else.
