My husband and I were truly amazed by the service we received from Dale Stanford's team at Primary Residential. Dale is a man of his word and went above and beyond to get us an epic deal on our home loan. We shopped around before choosing Primary Residential as our lender. Not only did Dale offer us the best financial deal, he is also the only lender who treated us with respect, patiently took time for all of our questions, and communicated clearly to us throughout the process. Dale's offer to us was so outstanding in fact, that another lender whom we turned down claimed Dale's offer was false. What amazed us is that Dale not only held to his word, he ended up giving us an EVEN BETTER DEAL than he had originally proposed. My first experience with Primary Residential Mortgage was when my son was buying a home as a first time buyer. He was having trouble with the mortgage company that he had initially picked so he switched to Dale's team. They were willing to do all the extra work to get his loan approved and closed. Because of his great experience, I went to them when I purchased my home and again when I refinanced. They were there to help from start to closing. They answered all of my questions. They made sure that I received all of the information by following up with texts, phone calls or E-mails. I felt like I could trust them. All of my experiences with Dale's team have been positive. Timely and considerate communication in all phases of the process. Clearly had experience and tools to keep us informed and moving forward with our financing. They really give you a sense of confidence and expertise. Very competitive rates and fees. We were very pleased. We have done this many times and this experience was exceptional.
