Dale Stanford with Primary Residential Mortgage did an excellent job for me on my
refinance! He was very professional, he communicated with me several times & explained the process & he was fast getting the loan closed! Brittany, the loan processor, kept me informed & kept me on track signing paperwork! Christina also was a good point of contact! Dale and his team helped us close our loan in less than 30 days. We had a tight timeline we were up against and they made sure we signed in time. Dale was always great about reaching out to see if we had any questions or concerns, no matter the day or time. A great company and team to work with that I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Dales team is the biggest joke i have ever heard of. Dale constantly lies in my situation he told me would call me back and never did and after weeks of trying to get ahold of him we discussed our plan and he told me that he would be calling me back the first or second week of April 2020 and never has I call and his team tells me that they will leave him a message and I never get a call back, then on top of that he let out some personal information about me and my situation to other people without my consent. when first talking with Dale he asked what the most important thing that matters to me. I told him communication and he did not do that at all and when he quoted me what he approved me for the numbers always changed I could never get a this is it always lead me on just to be let down and never spoken back with my last phone call with Dale was the 3 week of March and nothing sense. be careful who you give your information to.
