Dale has been doing this for a long time and he knows his stuff. He was able to objectively give me the facts about my refinance - would it be worth it to do it or not. I also worked with Lynell and she kept things rolling. I closed with an awesome new rate very quickly. I felt so good about everything walking out of the title company, knowing my house was now completely in my name, my monthly payment was less than I had been paying, and I would spend less on the loan over time.
