I recently refinanced my home with Primary Residential Mortgage. What seemed like a daunting process actually went very smoothly. From my initial contact with the company all the way through the end, I was met with friendly professionalism. The process took much less time than I anticipated and Lynnell walked me through any and all questions I had. I received quick responses to my questions and thorough explanations. Dale, Brittany, Lonelle and Shawna were amazing! Every person in that office went above and beyond to get me approved for my loan in a very tight time crunch! I was working with another lender who dropped the ball a couple times and Dale never let anything slip through his fingers. I would not be in my house if it wasn’t for this amazing team!
