Dale and his team were absolutely phenomenal to work with. We had a very quick closing and everything went so smooth. Dale was very personable and worked extremely hard to make sure all of our needs were met. Lynnell was awesome to work with as well and helped my husband and I understand all that was happening. Timely and considerate communication in all phases of the process. Clearly had experience and tools to keep us informed and moving forward with our financing. They really give you a sense of confidence and expertise. Very competitive rates and fees. We were very pleased. We have done this many times and this experience was exceptional.

We had an awesome experience working with Dale and his team to buy our first home, and then later to refinance the home. Dale and his team worked so hard to help us gather the materials we needed. In light of COVID-19 and all the changes, they were still upbeat and determined to make our refinance happen.
