Dale and his whole team were professional, prompt in their responses, and highly knowledgeable throughout our refinance process. Having worked with PRM and Dale's team previously, I knew I would be in great hands working with them again. They did not disappoint! I was 100% satisfied with their customer service, their helpfulness, and how often they checked in with me the whole time. I highly recommend Dale Stanford and his team at PRM 100%!

Absolutely the best loan officer and staff we could’ve ever had! This team worked extremely hard to make sure we would close on time, which was in record time. They had constant communication and were very courteous. Our buyers on the other hand went with a different mortgage company that pushed them out four days after promised closing date. We are so grateful we went with Primary Residential Mortgage and the Dale Stanford team! We will never use anyone else.

Dale and his team helped us close our loan in less than 30 days. We had a tight timeline we were up against and they made sure we signed in time.
