Dale and his team were incredible. They communicated well, gave good advice, and really fought to get us the best possible rate. We were able to close on time and the whole process was relatively low stress. I would recommend Dale and his team to anyone.

Dale Stanford with Primary Residential Mortgage did an excellent job for me on my refinance! He was very professional, he communicated with me several times & explained the process & he was fast getting the loan closed! Brittany, the loan processor, kept me informed & kept me on track signing paperwork! Christina also was a good point of contact! Dale has been doing this for a long time and he knows his stuff. He was able to objectively give me the facts about my refinance - would it be worth it to do it or not. I also worked with Lynell and she kept things rolling. I closed with an awesome new rate very quickly. I felt so good about everything walking out of the title company, knowing my house was now completely in my name, my monthly payment was less than I had been paying, and I would spend less on the loan over time.
