I can sometimes ask a lot of questions, sometimes repeatedly, but he was very patient and answered everything I asked. He listened and was very prompt with his responses. Very helpful, too.

He was very encouraging throughout the entire process even when I was ready to give up. Some lenders i spoke with didn’t want to be bothered since I didn’t have the perfect scenario. Chad was alway encouraging and responsive. He also educated me on the process since I was a first time buyer.
