Mr. Mendez provided me with the expertise & support that I needed to make this big decision in our life. If it wasn't for how he handled the whole process from the beginning to the conclusion of the transaction I would probably had gone somewhere else, how much more so when I was being bombarded by other lenders in town & nationwide. But Juan made me trust his judgement of what he was selling me. Namely the best choice in Town for a loan, even if your score is not the best.
