Mr. Jose Macias was very professional and dedicated throughout the process of completing the loan. He thoroughly explained when I had questions and made himself available, even on weekends. That is dedication, and willingness to have good customer service.

Jose was so helpful and understanding. Any questions I had he was always ready and willing to answer. (And I did have plenty of questions). From the beginning of the loan process to the end I felt very at ease. And I knew if I didn’t understand something I could ask and receive an answer right away. I will definitely recommend Jose to any family and friends.
