It was so nice to work with such a well run team at Primary Residential Mortgage. I was able to call with question and easily get through and speak to a real person. Since they were local to the Baton Rouge area, each step of the process was very personal and felt things moved smoothly. Garth was able to give me guidance on how to structure the loan to also save money! A huge plus. Very pleased.

I think we would have benefited from clearer communication at certain points in the process. We aren’t entirely sure who this falls upon, but the last several days prior to closing were a nightmare, and it was a challenge to figure out if we were actually going to have a home at the end of it.
