Hate to be negative........as a VA Mortgage, they had very little experience handling VA requirements. The major problem is the fact they sell off their mortgages. Our’s was sold off to Turning Point Servicing Corporation which has led to big issues due to storm damage and not releasing insurance settlement funds to our contractors.

Chad provided a level of customer service that was more than I was expecting from any loan officer and walked me through every step of my first home purchase, making sure I understood every detail along the way. Chad and his team are excellent to work with. They help simplify the entire process, and explain it in every day terms. They were able to get me into in a great first time home buyers program, and just expedited the whole process. Would certainly recommend them to any family or friends!
