Hate to be negative........as a VA Mortgage, they had very little experience handling VA requirements. The major problem is the fact they sell off their mortgages. Our’s was sold off to Turning Point Servicing Corporation which has led to big issues due to storm damage and not releasing insurance settlement funds to our contractors.
