Briefly, PRMI, Mr. Jeff Hujo to be more specific, when out of their way to secure my mortgage. Not only did PRMI offer a competitive rate, they also saved me thousands of dollars in closing costs. Of equal importance is that PRMI was both timely and patient in response to my inquires. And, their estimate costs proved to be highly accurate, thus avoiding any rude surprises. Lastly, PRMI's application process was streamlined when compared with other lenders. So, if you're shopping for a mortgage, I urge you to give PRMI a try.

Chad Bernard provided me with excellent service throughout my process of buying a new home. He was very upfront and informative, handling everything in a timely and professional manner. A year ago I initially spoke with him and asked him to be upfront with me regarding my abilities/qualifications for buying a new home. At that time he told me I wasn’t ready and gave me suggestions to getting myself into a position to be able to buy a new home, which he was estimating would be roughly a year. Here I am a year later with signed papers to my new home. I will highly recommend Chad/Primary Residential Mortgage to any potential buyers I know.
