Dolores guided me every step of the way. I couldn't have gotten through this nerve racking process without her guidance and knowledge. She went out of her way to always answer all of my questions whether she was on the clock or it was after-hours and she was available and eager to help me with all of my many questions. She made sure I was understanding all of the papers that I had to sign and then worked with me to see it to completion. I am very grateful for her expertise!

The simple that she took the time to reply and respond to all our questions in a timely manner and explained everything in great detail.
