Appraisal was late. There were errors on the closing disclosure. There was a $5000 seller credit listed that did not exist. Two inspections, that the seller was contracted to pay for, were listed on the buyer's expenses. These were clearly marked in the contract. The corrected closing disclosure was review at the closing table.

Annette made me feel at ease with purchase of my fist home, and was extremely helpful throughout the entire process from start to finish. Any time I had any questions she helped and guided me and gave me sound advice, with things I would've never thought about.
