It had more to do with FHA and some of their ridiculous rules. It was also hard with land and a modular. Took from November to May to get a home equity loan done.

Appraisal was late. There were errors on the closing disclosure. There was a $5000 seller credit listed that did not exist. Two inspections, that the seller was contracted to pay for, were listed on the buyer's expenses. These were clearly marked in the contract. The corrected closing disclosure was review at the closing table.
