I started working in the Mortgage Industry since 1986 in different departments of mortgage lending. It was a desire in 1995 start working as a Loan Officer as I wanted to assist as many homebuyers, interested in buying, building their dream home and or refinancing their existing home. It was important to me to provide excellent service by taking your call and returning your call and educating all my customer with all the programs that best fit their short and long term goals. I understand the importance of buying a home so I’m always a phone call away. I’ll explain the application process, what is needed to get started, documentation necessary for approval, processing of your loan steps, underwriting of your loan and when your loan is ready for closing (Clear-To-Close). Provide you with the final amount of cash that will be necessary to close by providing Closing Disclosures (CD). I want you to feel comfortable with the process of buying a home so I’m committed to be available to assist you in homeownership and answering your questions.
Along with the Application process I will look out for the best rate possible. I have the ability to review many investors to search for best available rate daily and programs.
