I had started out with a different loan company but felt harassed, pressured (multiple phone calls, emails and texts daily) and further into the process started feeling like they were trying to scam me.
I finally contacted my realtor and told her I wasn't going to continue because of the other loan companies tactics. She then recommended Dolores Garcia.

Dolores was able to help us qualify for a program we did not even know we were eligible for. This saved us us over $20K, probably even more in the long run. We met our 4 week closing schedule, even with last minute items that came up. She knows her stuff and works hard for her clients!
